PRAYER FOR THE NEW SERVICE
Gracious God, our Heavenly Father, You are almighty and worthy of all our praise. You take delight in those who trust in You and choose to work in response to the prayers of Your servants.
Lord, we pray for the New Service that is in the works that You will bless & use it to draw new and untapped people to our church to seek You and experience Your love in Christ. Grant that we may experience afresh renewal and growth in our faith and in our church, as we step out in faith in Your awesome power.
Guide & bless the preparation, launch and growth of this new service in all areas. Raise up more supporters for this task. Strengthen & bless all those who will support through attendance, through service, through witness and through deeper prayer. Lord, use the music, the preaching of the Word, the ministry of the laity and all the resources You have given us to draw more people to Your amazing grace in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Empower us with the Holy Spirit & work through us to accomplish Your will together and advance Your Kingdom purposes to proclaim Christ and His love to others. We thank You in advance for what You will do through us for Your glory and for Your church. We pray in the powerful name of Jesus our Risen Lord. Amen.
